Take a free tour of New Belgium Brewery. The 90-minute tour around the brewery includes a beer sampling. You can book your tour a month in advance. Be sure to reserve your spot, as spaces fill up quickly.
Grab dinner at Restaurant 415. The menu boasts a variety of small plates ranging from $3.60–9. When Pigs Fly, the restaurant’s popular chicken and waffle dish, is a delicious and filling option. Depending on how hungry you are, dinner at Restaurant 415 will run about $25.
End your evening with a nightcap at Ace Gillett’s. Located on the basement level of The Armstrong Hotel, sip on one of the bar’s signature cocktails while listening to live jazz music. Cocktails cost about $9 or have a beer for about $5.
