With travelers looking for new adventures and experiences while traveling, two Hyatt resorts offer new adventure-infused programs offering memorable opportunities year-round.
Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa
Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa, a luxury, 605-room resort overlooking Keoneloa Bay, invites guests to experience the beauty of The Garden Island through a variety of adventures. The resort recently partnered with Blue Hawaiian Activities, an island-based adventure company, to offer on-property services to help guests make the most of their trip.
Blue Hawaiian Activities offers multiple helicopter tours, including a Discover Kauai tour and a Doors-Off tour for one-of-a-kind views of Waimea Canyon and Manawaiopuna Falls, also known as the Jurassic Park Falls.
Travelers can also choose to soar over the lush scenery with a zip line excursion. Check out the FlyLine Zipline at Outfitters Kauai at Kipu Ranch, home to the island’s longest zip line that reaches speeds of more than 50 mph.
The partnership offers several on-the-water adventures such as sunset sails along Kauai’s south shore and a dinner cruise along the Na Pali Coast. Guests can also choose from snorkeling, kayaking, whale watching tours, surfing lessons and ATV tours.
Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino
Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino is home to an on-site adventure program. The resort originally debuted the program during COVID-19 to offer outdoor experiences, but its popularity has seen the program become a permanent part of the resort that continues to grow each year.
The program offers a rotating schedule of activities depending on the season. During the summer months, partake in paddleboard meditation on the lake, morning stretch sessions in the Water Garden, smartphone photography hikes, a “rise and shine” morning kayak tour, beach yoga and more. Year-round activities include floating movement and meditation in the outdoor heated pool, archery classes, pine cone hunts for kids, and different hikes through different trails. In the winter, set out on a snowshoe excursion exploring the area’s winter wonderland.
