Aliya Cocktail Den & Pool Club
Located at Hotel Indigo Williamsburg, this outdoor pool lounge recently opened for the 2024 season. The laidback space is located on the hotel’s fourth-floor terrace. The newly renovated pool deck boasts a 70-foot pool, heated according to the outdoor temperature. Take in views of the Manhattan skyline from a private cabana, available by reservation. The adjacent Aliya Cocktail Den debuted in January 2024 with speakeasy vibes and bites inspired by the chef’s Jamaican roots. Pool club access is free to hotel guests, Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Wednesday–Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Non-hotel guests may reserve a four-hour block for $160 on weekdays and $190 on weekends during select hours. Aliya Cocktail Den is open Wednesday–Sunday, 5 p.m.–12 a.m.

The Endless Summer at TWA Hotel
The 512-room property at John F. Kennedy International Airport is located in the restored TWA Flight Center. This month, the hotel’s rooftop Pool Bar boasts a summer theme based on the 1960’s surfing documentary The Endless Summer. The runway-adjacent infinity pool gives guests the unique opportunity to watch planes take off while taking a dip. Imbibe seasonal, aviation-themed cocktails, including a Paper Plane, Red Eye and Jet Fuel. The bar food menu serves lobster rolls, sliders, pasta and salads. The space is open daily, 11 a.m.–11 p.m., to hotel guests ($25 for adults and $10 for children ages 5–12) with timed reservations. Non-hotel guests may book reservations via Resort Pass.
