This whimsical cocktail is perfect for fans of bubbles and sparkles. Combine .5 ounces vodka, .5 ounces glitter simple syrup, .5 ounces lemon juice and 4 ounces Chandon Garden Spritz in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake, strain into a flute and top with a cotton candy garnish.

 

Dolley’s Rose from Le Méridien Washington D.C., The Madison

Inspired by former first lady Dolley Madison, this delicate drink boasts floral notes. Combine 1.5 ounces gin, .5 ounces rose water and .5 ounces lemon juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top with 1.5 ounces prosecco.

Love Potion Martini from Windsor Hotel

This fruity concoction is perfect for a sweet Valentine’s Day. Pour 1.5 ounces vodka, .75 ounces cranberry juice, .75 ounces grapefruit juice and .5 ounces simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a martini glass and garnish with fresh strawberries.

A chocolatey spin on the classic drink,  this rich cocktail is simple to make. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, 1.5 ounces bourbon, .75 ounces chocolate liqueur and three dashes chocolate bitters. Stir, then strain into a rocks glass.

 

Oxley’s Cupid Punch from Tygart Hotel

This subtly sweet drink is perfect for your Valentine or Galentine celebration. Pour 1.5 ounces vodka, .5 ounces gold rum, .5 ounces triple sec and 3 ounces raspberry purée into a glass of your choice. Stir and enjoy!
