Aqua Terrace Roof-Top Bar
Watch the sunset at Charleston Marriott’s rooftop bar. Enjoy drinks and comfort food from the property’s location overlooking Ashley River. The bar is open seasonally, early March through early November. During that time, it is open daily 4–10 p.m.
Citrus Club
Nestled on the eighth-floor terrace of The Dewberry, Citrus Club serves up citrus-forward cocktails and light bites alongside beautiful city views. The highest rooftop bar in Charleston, Citrus Club doesn’t take reservations, so aim to visit at an off-peak time.
Élevé
The chic rooftop bar, garden and restaurant is located at Grand Bohemian Charleston, Autograph Collection. Élevé serves coastal-inspired cuisine, beer, wine and specialty cocktails. Happy hour takes place Monday–Friday, 2–5 p.m.
Fiat Lux
The indoor/outdoor rooftop bar at Hotel Bennett offers a selection of beer, wine, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages and light bites.
Little Palm
Located at The Ryder Hotel, Little Palm serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night drinks. The poolside restaurant and cocktail bar is popular among locals. You’re likely to see bachelorette party groups on your visit.
The Rooftop
The Rooftop at The Vendue is one of Charleston’s most popular rooftop bars, thanks in part to its city and harbor views, specialty cocktails, and shareable plates. Enjoy food and drink discounts during happy hour, Sunday–Thursday, 4–6 p.m.
