Four new properties are set to debut in New York City and Los Angeles in 2022 from developer and real estate investor Lightstone and Moxy Hotels. Two new Moxy hotels will open in New York: Moxy Lower East Side and Moxy Williamsburg. One new Moxy hotel and one dual-branded Moxy and AC hotel will open in Los Angeles: Moxy Los Angeles Downtown and AC Hotel Los Angeles Downtown.
Moxy Lower East Side
Situated at the intersection of Manhattan’s popular Lower East Side, SoHo, Little Italy and Chinatown neighborhoods, Moxy Lower East side will feature 303 guestrooms, a fitness center, co-working space, a rooftop bar and meeting studios. The property is set to debut in late 2022.
Moxy Williamsburg
Located across from Manhattan, just over the Williamsburg Bridge, the property will be home to 216 guestrooms. Guests can take advantage of touchless check-in, co-working space, a fitness center, bar, restaurant and lounge. The property will feature an indoor/outdoor rooftop terrace, offering stunning views of the city skyline. Moxy Williamsburg will also debut in late 2022.
Moxy Los Angeles Downtown and AC Hotel Los Angeles Downtown
Moxy Los Angeles Downtown and AC Hotel Los Angeles Downtown will both be located in a 37-story, mixed-use building across from the Los Angeles Convention Center and Staples Center. Moxy Los Angeles Downtown will boast 380 guestrooms and AC Hotel Los Angeles Downtown will be home to 347 guestrooms. Guests can take advantage of 65,000 square feet of meeting rooms, restaurants, bars and nightlife venues throughout the property. The space will also feature a pool deck and sky lobby. Both properties are set to open in late 2022.
