With a stellar restaurant line-up, swanky bars, luxurious spas and a plethora of activities for all types of girlfriends’ getaways, Dallas is a wonderful destination for a relaxing bachelorette weekend.
Need some tips on where to go and what to do in one of America’s iconic cities? Check out this itinerary we created for a blissed-out bachelorette for your favorite foodie bride.
Friday
The ladies were staying at a house to better enjoy their time in Dallas, and they kicked off the bachelorette weekend with dinner and drinks at the house as everyone arrived. For some of the greatest pizza in Texas, try either Grimaldi’s Pizza or I Fratelli.
They wrapped up the evening with drinks at late-night destination Bolsa. Make sure to get seated on their beautiful outdoor patio, often rated the best in the city, and enjoy a few well-crafted cocktails from their inventive bar menu.
Saturday
After a leisurely start to the day, they headed to brunch at Smoke. While this James Beard award-winning restaurant focused on smoked meats doesn’t take reservations, you can call ahead to try to get a seat — otherwise, enjoy the digs at the Belmont Hotel while you wait. From there, it’s only a short drive to the Rosewood Spa at the Crescent for a Gwyneth Paltrow-approved spa experience.
Then it was time for a lingerie shower for the bride back at the house, followed by dinner at Meddlesome Moth, a gastropub that highlights a diverse craft beer selection and a fresh New American menu. Next up was post-dinner drinks at Dragonfly, in the Zaza Hotel.
Sunday
After the evening festivities, it was time for a low-key grab-and-go recovery brunch from Eatzi’s before it was time to head home and back to reality!
