Choose from studios, large guestrooms and skyline view rooms with both queen and king beds. The Sky King, for example, boasts unbeatable city views from the 12th to 14th floors.

UNTITLED at 3 Freeman Alley encourages guests to write their own adventure and embrace the local neighborhood by visiting local vintage shops, galleries, bars and art murals. Hotel programming for guests includes expert-led street art tours, tattoo parlor pop-ups and readily available instruments for rent like Polaroid cameras and professional recording microphones for when inspiration strikes.

In addition to modern guestrooms, the hotel features a ground-level, coworking café, boutique fitness center and retail component and a dual-terrace rooftop bar. The bar, aptly named UNLISTED, was designed by local street artists. Choose from an array of creative, handcrafted cocktails like Mott Street (lychee, citrus and vodka) and The Rosenwach (chamomile, honey and pisco). Food highlights include Essex Market ceviche and wagyu served on a brioche bun with chili mayo and mango relish.
