Clearwater Beach will soon serve as home to the new AC Hotel Clearwater Beach, with a targeted opening of summer 2022. With 144 rooms situated between the shores of Clearwater Beach and the Intracoastal Waterway, this new property sets to redefine what it means to stay beachside in comfort.
In addition to guestrooms boasting water views, the hotel will also feature a unique rooftop gathering space for guests to enjoy food and drink. The hotel will also include AC Kitchen and AC Lounge, serving European-inspired breakfast, tapas-style dining, a library-focused workspace and resort-style pool with an Umbra pool deck bar for bites and drinks.

“We’re thrilled to bring the AC brand’s sophisticated and curated experience to overnight guests in Clearwater Beach,” said Mark Laport, president and CEO, Concord Hospitality. “The outstanding executive team we’ve selected to manage the property will ensure the high level of guest service and signature moments for which the AC brand is widely recognized.
AC Hotel Clearwater Beach will also offer a 24-hour fitness center. European touches include AC brand signature moments like the European Welcome, Community Coffee and the Lavender Turndown. Each room blends the modern style and décor of Florida beachside living.
Reservations are anticipated to open summer 2022.
