Arlo Hotels recently launched its 2023 Spring/Summer Rooftop Wellness Series across the five-property New York City portfolio and Arlo Wynwood in Miami, Florida. Open to locals and guests, the series takes place May 5–Sept. 30.
The series features both complimentary and ticketed events including yoga classes, dance classes, fitness classes, meditation sessions and other wellness-themed offerings led by celebrity trainers and wellness brands.

Confirmed program scheduling includes:
- Arlo SoHo: 305 Fitness (Friday at 8 a.m. starting May 5)
- Arlo NoMad: Lit&Lean (Saturday at 10 a.m. starting May 6)
In addition to the special programming, Arlo properties offer a variety of wellness partnerships. Arlo Wynwood partners with YO-BK yoga studio on the popular dance-fitness program VXN Workout. Arlo SoHo offers guests complimentary fitness passes to Gotham Gym. Arlo NoMad offers complimentary passes to New York Sports Club. Arlo Midtown boasts an on-site gym complete with strength equipment, cardio machines and a stretching studio.

Ahead of the series, Arlo Midtown hosts a special Earth Day Wellness Retreat on April 22. This one-day event focuses on the health of the mind, body and planet through yoga and meditation classes.
