Carlo IV Wellness & Spa is located on the hotel’s subterranean level. Three treatment rooms are available for massages and facials. Facilities also include a 65-foot-long heated pool, a whirlpool, steam room, sauna and fitness studio.

The conference floor features six rooms, with the grand ballroom located on the lobby level. Each room is named after an opera. The grand Opera Ballroom boasts large, fabric overhead lighting, resembling tulle skirts.
The property is about a 30-minute car ride from the airport. Nearby metro and tram lines connect the hotel to popular destinations throughout Prague.
