Food & Drink

The brewery scene is exploding in Fort Collins, Colo. It’s a walkable and bicycle-friendly town, so hitting up several breweries during your visit is an attainable goal. Check out these popular breweries on your next trip to Fort Collins.

New Belgium Brewery

Perhaps the most recognizable on this list, New Belgium’s influence can be seen throughout town, from its signature brews on tap at most restaurants to New Belgium bicycles popping up on the streets.

Funkwerks Brewing Inc.

Located the furthest from other breweries, this saison-focused brewery is racking up awards for its brews including their signature Funkwerks Saison.

Odell Brewing Co.

Another well-known spot, Odell offers brewery tours, on-site food trucks and weekly live music. The taproom is open daily.

Equinox Brewing Co.

This laidback brewery is the perfect place to enjoy a beer or two with friends. Lounge in the outdoor beer garden or stay inside and play shuffleboard while enjoying bar snacks.

Coopersmith’s Pub and Brewing

Coopersmith’s occupies two buildings: a restaurant and brewery. Sample brews and grub from the extensive menu while playing pool, or book a private brewery tour.

Fort Collins Brewery

Located next to Odell’s, this brewery offers tours Monday–Saturday and serves up a substantial list of seasonal and year-round brews. Their tavern features locally sourced comfort food classics.
