Minimally processed, the organic bars are antibiotic free, milk free, soy free, gluten free and grain free. Each bar is packed with Omega 3 fatty acids and Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), a naturally occurring trans fatty acid from Omega 6 essential fatty acids. Each bar weighs in at 10 grams of protein and about 140 calories. The bars come in two flavors. The grass-fed beef bars are flavored with uncured bacon, cranberry, raw sunflower seeds and black pepper. Reminiscent of Thanksgiving, the turkey bars are flavored with cranberries, raw pumpkin seeds, sage, thyme, cinnamon and sweet potatoes. Bricks introduced its newest flavor: grass-fed beef with carrot, Granny Smith apples, raw hemp seeds, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper and garlic powder.
