While there are a lot of wet wipes available on the market, especially for travelers, none of them are made with the modern-day man in mind. You could use the generic baby wipes from the pharmacy, or you can go with Dude Wipes, which they claim is “sweet for your face, hands, pits and dude regions.”
Made for dudes, by dudes, Dude Wipes were created by four recent college graduates who liked to keep wet wipes in their bathroom, but found that baby-oriented products weren’t meeting their masculine needs. Utilizing some clever viral marketing, Dude Wipes became the name in moist toilettes for adult men. The wipes are 95 percent natural, biodegradable, unscented, alcohol-free and made with Vitamin E and aloe. Unlike many wipes, these are completely flushable in both sewers and septic tanks.
Dude Wipes has been particularly successful in the media, with MTV highlighting it as the top product of 2013’s Lollapalooza Music Festival. After sponsoring MMA fighter Tyron Woodley, Dude Wipes became the third most trending term on Twitter for June 14, 2014. Later in January, Dude Wipes was featured on Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory as part of his Clean Hole Alliance, with Rob exclaiming, “I’m fresh and genuinely excited!”
Dude Wipes also makes a point of giving back to dudes everywhere, donating 10 percent of their earnings to The Colon Club (Saving Asses Together) and Wipe The Troops, which sends packages to service members nominated by friends and family.
