C2 succeeded at an impressive undertaking: developing a line of activewear that keeps you comfortable outdoors no matter the weather.
Among their many great products, all of which are made in the United States, the women’s Ultimate Base T offers a fantastic t-shirt that performs well in a variety of settings. The shirt, designed in the popular cap sleeve style, appears straightforward, but is actually extremely well constructed and thought out.
The shirt will likely become your staple workout shirt, whether you choose indoor or outdoor settings. It’s also great as a base layer, and can be paired with arm warmers during transitional times. The shirt is made of lightweight wool in its light blue style, and a synthetic material in black. Both versions wick moisture, regulate temperature and breathe well, all while looking great.
The only drawback to the shirt is the cut of the neck hole, which comes up fairly high on the neck. It’s not the most flattering cut, though it does help with modesty concerns. Still, it makes the shirt look more like a surfer’s rash guard, and could probably be cut just a little lower for a slightly more flattering appearance while still providing ample coverage.
