Carillon Miami Wellness Resort announced a special new wellness experience: Integrative Emotional Wellness: a Holistic Retreat for Women.
The retreat is in partnership with relationship therapist Dr. Paul Hokemeyer and founder of women’s networking organization Light House, Corey Spiegel. The wellness series kicks off July 8, with workshops throughout the summer. Guests may also book a weekend retreat Sept. 30–Oct. 3. The retreat addresses emotional stressors, specifically targeted toward women of all ages.
“Whether you’re in the midst of a major life, relationship or career change, confronting a major life decision or simply wanting to reevaluate your place in the world, the programming that Dr. Hokemeyer and I created is meant to reset your emotional and physical circuitry,” said Corey Spiegel, founder, Light House. “The sessions will help provide participants with a foundation of calm, clarity and purpose, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to bring this to life with none other than Dr. Hokemeyer and Carillon Miami Wellness Resort.”
Hokemeyer and Spiegel lead workshops on a wide range of topics, including making and maintaining friendships, emotional discomfort and hyper-reactivity, aging, identity, mindset and emotional vocabulary, and the importance of the senses.
Sessions cost $99 per person. Packages are also available of four sessions for $340 per person or eight sessions at $520 per person. Sessions are available July 8–11 and Aug. 5–8 with Spiegel and July 16 and Aug. 12 with Hokemeyer. The retreat weekend pricing starts at $2,953 per person and includes three nights’ accommodations, daily breakfast and lunch, spa and wellness therapies, movement classes and more.
