Situated over 10 stories, the 216-room hotel features curated and eclectic contemporary art by both notable and rising artists like Harold Hollingsworth, Natalie Krick, Anthony White and Mary Iverson.

The property’s coveted location allows guests to enjoy direct access to more than 30 art galleries, novelty boutiques and craft bistros and cafés. The exterior of the building features a façade wrapped in brick and glass mosaic by Washington-based artist, RYAN! Fedderson. The design, inspired by the context of the historic neighborhood, aims to further elevate the energy and vibrancy found in Pioneer Square.
