Jules Basement
This reservation-only speakeasy bar is hidden underneath a taqueria in the city’s business district, accessible only by a secret refrigerator door. On weekdays, there is live music and stand-up comedy, but the weekends are reserved for DJs.
AM Local
AM Local is a popular spot for house and techno aficionados, seeing the likes of Maceo Plex, Nicolar Jaar and Alex Niggeman.
Joy Room
Located in the trendy Antara fashion district, Joy Room is a highly selective and upscale lounge famous for flaming shots. Specializing in house music, this venue is great for both dancing and lounging with its stylish design.
Club Social Rhodesia
Its name isn’t politically correct, but this tiny establishment throws some fun parties in an African-themed venue.
Rioma
Rioma is an after-hours lounge popular with Mexico City’s celebrity crowd, playing a mixture of pop and electronic dance in an intimate and atmospheric setting where the party goes until 6 a.m.
