Munich Airport strives to make your travel experience as comfortable and easy as possible. This fact will become even more evident in 2016, as a wide array of new services and amenities will be available as part of the airport’s new satellite terminal.
Waiting areas in the new terminal will be outfitted with solutions to every travel problem you may encounter. With free WLAN access, plenty of electrical outlets and USB connections, the business traveler on the go won’t have to miss a thing. Busy parents will enjoy special play areas for children, as well as added changing stations in both the male and female restrooms. Unaccompanied minors will find a lounge created just for them, complete with a foosball table, PCs and teen-friendly décor. All passengers will also now have access to shower facilities located outside the Lufthansa lounges.

Lufthansa will also double in the size of its Munich lounge facilities once the satellite terminal opens in April. Passengers of the airline can expect new shopping and dining experiences, with a focus on Bavarian and iconic German outlets and brands. In addition, there will be five new lounges covering more than 4,000 square meters.
