Nothing is more annoying than a neighbor on a flight who is chewing their dinner loudly, snoring while napping or deciding a plane is a place to make new friends. Separate yourself from your neighbors on your next flight. Until airlines develop a truly private flying experience, dealing with row-mates on flights will continue to be an ever-present struggle for passengers who seek peace and quiet.
However, some inventors realized they couldn’t take it anymore and developed the B-tourist, an elastic, adjustable band that stretches from the back of your seat to the back of the seat in front of you and allows for complete privacy.
The adjustable width allows you to block out as much as you want of what is going on around you. Eat, sleep, and watch movies without seeing your neighbor in your view. The B-tourist is like blinders for horses.
A hidden pouch lets you store small items like ear plugs, headphones or sleeping pills, and the stretchy fabric serves as a cozy resting place for your head.
Although the B-tourist is not available for consumers at this point, the idea has hit the tarmac running and will hopefully be ready for mainstream purchase in the near future.
