To get started, select three recipes for two or four people at $11.49 per meal. Receive a weekly delivery, shipped in an insulated box. All ingredients are pre-measured to save time and waste. Recipes are created by an award-winning chef and approved by Sun Basket’s nutritionist. Recipes specify dietary restrictions including soy free, low calorie, dairy free and 20-minute meal.
Chef’s choice, breakfast, paleo, gluten-free and vegetarian meal options are available. Sample menu items include mushroom-smothered steaks with arugula-walnut salad; chicken with green olives, capers and lemon; spinach-feta scramble; New England overnight oats and kale and black bean tacos with roasted red pepper salsa. Most meals take 30 minutes or less to prepare and come in at about 500–800 calories per serving.
The first shipment is free, with a $5.99 delivery fee per week thereafter. Skip any week and cancel at any time. Sun Basket currently ships to most of the United States. Check the website to make sure delivery to your state is available.
