Enjoy a Western Wellness Getaway at Wyoming’s Brush Creek Ranch

Brush Creek Ranch sits on 30,000 private acres of Wyoming wilderness and offers a plethora of outdoor activity, ranch-grown cuisine and luxury accommodations. It offers a perfect wellness getaway with activities like sunrise yoga on a floating deck, fresh-pressed juices, wellness sessions and spa offerings.

Offered September through April, the Ranch gears up to debut its Greenhouse Yoga Experience at the on-site 20,000-square-foot Greenhouse. The experience begins with a tour of the fruits and vegetables before a flow yoga session amid the greenery and plants. End with a fresh-pressed juice made from the ingredients selected at the beginning of the journey.

Also on the menu are mocktails. Guests can enjoy one at any time while also having the option to participate in a mocktail mixology class. Some of the offerings include Spritz Out West, with non-alcoholic aperitif and bubbles and lemon, pineapple and guava; Wyoming Tea Party, boasting Earl Grey, lemon and blueberry honey syrup; and The Afternoon Peach, with peach, chamomile tea, lemon and vanilla honey.

Treatments at award-winning Trailhead Spa also await. During the Signature Wellness Experience, enjoy a tea ceremony, guided meditation, sound healing and a 60-minute massage. There’s also Medicine Sound Bowl Healing and Forest Bathing and Nature Meditation.
