It seems like all year-round EPCOT has a festival. In the fall, it has the Food and Wine Festival, spring is the Flower and Garden and, in the winter, they have two newer festivals, EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays and EPCOT Festival of the Arts.
If you are headed to Walt Disney World anytime soon, don’t miss the Festival of the Arts, Jan. 17–Feb. 24. The main part of the festival is in the World Showcase.
Wander around the World Showcase to experience different types of art. They have performing arts, culinary arts and more. Throughout the festival enjoy performances from select Disney Broadway shows and live concerts. These performances are included with a park ticket, but are first come first serve, although if you purchase a certain dining package you are guaranteed a seat.
The festival features famous artists where you can view and purchase artwork. If you are not into famous artists, become an artist yourself. Head to Figments Paint by Numbers mural and add your painting skills to others to create a masterpiece.
If you are looking for something fun to do while walking around, take part in the scavenger hunt. Look for Figment hidden in the countries and, once you find them all, turn your map in for a fun prize.
