To help you relax this holiday season, Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An offers a complimentary meditation experience sure to appeal to those who can appreciate a good meditation session, but who also acknowledge the value of a good nap beneath their weighted blanket.
Called cocooning meditation, the 30-minute guided experience takes place in an intimate garden setting (up to six participants are permitted at one time), while participants lie in a hammock. As you enjoy the weightless feeling of the hammock, you’ll be guided through a series of breath work, mental imagery and other exercises meant to instill a sense of present relaxation. The overall result is decreased stress and anxiety and a deep sense of calm.
Not sure a hammock-set meditation session is a good fit for you? This resort offers plenty of other relaxation-geared experiences. A 30-minute mindfulness and meditation session that’s more on the traditional side is also available. You can likewise sign up for a bespoke yoga session or aerial yoga session. Hatha yoga, gentle yoga, yin yoga, therapeutic yoga and yoga nidra sessions are all complimentary as well, some lasting up to an hour and all with individual benefits. The crystal singing bowl experience is similarly complimentary, as is candlelight trataka, a type of eye yoga with mental and emotional benefits.
With so many options, there’s hardly an excuse not to relax while at Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An.
