Fairmont Century Plaza launched Havana Nights, an outdoor, Cuban-inspired cocktail lounge serving up libations, light bites and community events. The new pop-up is the seasonal transformation of the hotel’s winter chalets. The décor is reminiscent of 1950s Havana, bringing the rhythm of Cuba to the heart of Los Angeles.
A partnership with SelvaRey Rum, co-owned by Bruno Mars and one of the most sustainable rums in the world, means the lounge serves a menu of drinks such as mojitos and Cuba Libres. The dining menu from Executive Chef Ramon Bojorquez offers twists on Cuban specialties, like croquettes and Cubanos.

Exclusive activities on offer include DJs, Cuban bands, themed pop-ups, cigar rolling, a rum dinner and more. The lounge offers five custom-built cabanas with seating for two to eight people and two communal tables. Guests are transported to Cuba in the heart of Los Angeles with garlands of palm, bright flowers and vibrant prints. Fairmont Century Plaza is a hub for culture, dining and business in the city.
