Fairmont Royal York’s lobby has been transformed into a tea display as a nod to the tea service tradition at the hotel. On display through May 4, the installation embodies the essence of the spring season.

CLOCKWORK Spring Afternoon Tea

CLOCKWORK’s Spring Afternoon Tea experience features house made scones, sandwiches and pastries inspired by spring and paired with LOT 35 teas. Spring Afternoon Tea is available Saturday and Sunday with a 90-minute seating time, priced at $95 per person.

For Mother’s Day, the following offerings are available:

Gold Floor Glamour, May 10–11, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.

Fairmont Gold guests are invited to an exclusive experience inside the Royal Suite. In partnership with Perrier-Jouët, Holt Renfrew and Gucci Beauty, the offering includes a glass of Perrier-Jouët Champagne, a complimentary beauty experience and a special gift for Mom.

Imperial Elegance Afternoon Tea, May 10, 12–3:30 p.m.

Experience an afternoon in the Imperial Room, with live music, a curated tea menu and a glass of Perrier-Jouët Champagne, as well as warm scones, smoked salmon and trout mousse roulade. Kids can join the fun with a special tea menu.

La Belle est Brunch, May 11, 11 a.m.–4 p.m.

Presented by Perrier-Jouët, highlights of this Mother’s Day brunch include a seafood station featuring poached shrimp, snow crab, marinated mussels, salmon gravlax and other brunch classics.
