Omni Hotels & Resorts partnered with acclaimed chefs Leen Nunn, the brand’s executive pastry chef, and Lior Lev Sercarz, a famed spice master from New York City’s La Boîte and a Chopped: Sweets winner, to deliver an extra-sweet Omni Originals menu of artisanal hot chocolates. The limited-time menu, available exclusively at Omni properties through Jan. 31, blends top-quality, single-origin chocolate with a custom blend of spices developed by Nunn and Sercarz.
Here’s a closer look at some of the drinks available on the Omni Originals menu:
- Classic, with a signature blend of cinnamon, clove and cardamom from Chef Lior
- Local, with flavors inspired by the location and regional flare surrounding each resort
- Sweet, with a gourmet marshmallow in the shape of a teddy bear
- Spirited, with a touch of Baileys, Kahlua, Crème de Menthe, Peppermint Schnapps or dark rum
- Bright, pairing the hot chocolate with fair-trade espresso
Omni also worked with HONEY + HANK to create a souvenir mug set, available only with the Sweet Traditions room offer, including discounted rates, a food and beverage credit to enjoy the Omni Originals hot chocolate menu, and the mugs. Book for travel through Feb. 26, 2023.
