The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, in Tucson, Arizona, debuts new celestial programming this summer. Guests can embark on various celestial adventures, like sunset vista hikes, Kitt Peak excursions, movie nights and celestial in-room amenities, while also enjoying the resort’s many offerings, like three restaurants, a spa, three pools, a water slide, tennis courts and more.
“With summer vacation right around the corner, we’re thrilled to share a starlit oasis of exploration, offering guests an extraordinary opportunity to reconnect with nature, indulge in luxury, and create unforgettable memories,” said Michael Aylmer, director of Sales and Marketing, The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain. “From stargazing adventures to desert excursions, our resort offers something for everyone, ensuring an unparalleled summer experience.”
During Celestial Night Experiences, expert astronomers guide guests through the night sky using state-of-the-art telescopes, sharing facts and education about constellations, galaxies and more. At the Starcade, travelers enjoy an arcade that becomes a cosmic wonderland with karaoke, movie nights and more.
Celestial Day Experiences include taking advantage of the resort’s three pools, from the infinity-edge Turquesa Swimming Pool to the family-friendly Aventura Pool. Each pool boasts luxury cabanas. More adventurous activities include desert excursions like hikes, mountain biking and off-roading.
“Whether guests are seeking out a staycation or looking to explore somewhere new, a Celestial summer stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain is sure to be a memorable experience for the whole family,” continued Aylmer. “Although the Sonoran Desert gets quite warm during the day, when the sun sets, and the temperature dips, the desert truly comes alive, and a Celestial summer promises to be filled with unforgettable moments and cherished experiences for all who venture to the resort.”
In-room amenities include celestial-themed snacks, in-room tent experiences, star projectors and more, while themed spa treatments are also available at the on-site spa.
