For 2023, Preidlhof announced a few new retreats and experiences. The seven-night Weight Loss: Enjoy the Journey retreat takes a mental approach to weight loss, helping guests develop a more mentally healthy and holistic approach to losing weight. The six-night Sleep Better: Calmer Nights for Brighter Days retreat includes sleep evaluations to help guests uncover underlying causes of poor sleep and learn how to address them. This retreat can be combined with others as needed. The Holistic Fitness Retreat uses neuroscience analyses and ancient practices to increase energy, reduce stress and improve self-esteem and mood.
Other new offerings for the year include new organic and vegan facial treatments, digital detox kits, new couple’s spa rituals, healing menus and food programming, and cultural experiences in nearby locales.
