Go on This New Stargazing Tour to See the Roman Skies

As interest in astrotourism continues to grow, travelers are looking for one-of-a-kind experiences that combine celestial and cultural exploration. ArcheoRunning, a private running and walking tour company in Rome, just released its Stargazing Running Tour, a new and unique experience for travelers to discover Rome’s celestial landscape.

This new 2.5-hour tour takes runners on an unparalleled journey through the Eternal City’s historic streets and sacred spaces, just in time for Rome’s Jubilee year in 2025. The tour takes runners on a route beginning at Piazza del Popolo before going through some of Rome’s most celestially significant locations.

Runners and walkers will discover star-painted ceilings in churches like Santa Maria Sopra Minerva, observe the sky through the Pantheon’s legendary oculus and enjoy views from Janiculum Hill. Guests of all fitness levels are welcome on this tour, as it offers both running and power walking options.
