Cowboy School is in session at Triple Creek Ranch, so bring out your inner cowboy or cowgirl. The five-day, complimentary program packs in the Western thrills this fall, Nov. 13–18. Whether a novice rider or experienced equestrian, this program is for you!

The program includes lesson in equine anatomy, markings and coloring; and how to catch, groom and saddle a horse. At the Roping Lesson, guests learn how to lasso like a real cowboy before embarking on a wrangler-led ride to explore the rugged beauty of the resort’s terrain. Triple Creek Ranch sits on 700 acres, with an additional 26,000 acres of CB Ranch and the 4 million acres of Bitterroot National Forest, adjacent to Triple Creek Ranch.

Other activities include a session of Colt Work, an Obstacle Course Ride and Round Pen Work. On Saturday, Game Day, enjoy Team Penning and other equestrian games on horseback. Sunday is CB Ranch Full Day Ride, allowing riders to use what they’ve learned in the rugged terrain amid the wilderness.

The Triple Creek Ranch experience accompanies Cowboy School, offering 5-star service in an adults-only environment. The nightly rate includes accommodations in one of the 25 luxurious log cabins, dining, wines and most ranch activities.
