Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort opened La Mezcaleria, a signature mezcal bar and the first of its kind in Hilton’s all-inclusive portfolio. The mezcal bar offers a selection of mezcals authentic to Mexico, and is the newest addition to the property’s 13 concept-driven culinary and beverage venues.
“We are so pleased [to] introduce La Mezcaleria as a new beverage experience that is rooted in Mexican tradition,” said Felix Schlokat, general manager, Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort. “La Mezcaleria is the perfect addition to the resort, and we are excited for guests to be able to taste such a wide variety of local offerings.”
La Mezcaleria sits on the terrace of the resort’s Maxal restaurant, and features 13 different mezcals for guests to try, including:
