Kick off the holiday season Nov. 20 at the annual lobby tree-lighting ceremony and holiday window display reveal. This event also includes musical performances and a visit from Santa.
Channel après ski vibes at House of York, a new pop-up bar. Open Nov. 20–Dec. 21, this pop-up serves festive cocktails on Friday and Saturday. Also new for 2024, lobby bar CLOCKWORK Champagne & Cocktails hosts a special holiday afternoon tea service, Saturday and Sunday beginning Nov. 16.
The property’s signature restaurant, REIGN, presents an array of festive meals throughout the holiday season. Indulge in a lavish lunch buffet, Dec. 4–13, with traditional favorites including roasted turkey and Christmas log cake. The restaurant’s Christmas Day brunch menu is served 12–2 p.m., and includes made-to-order dishes as well as a buffet. REIGN also serves a classic Christmas dinner with a three-course menu, available 5–10 p.m.
Ring in the New Year at Fairmont Royal York with a fabulous meal at REIGN. There are two seatings for New Year’s Eve dinner, 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The property’s Library Bar also hosts New Year’s Eve dinner, with seatings at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Starting Nov. 22 and running through Dec. 31, travelers to downtown Denver will be able to witness a brand-new holiday drone spectacular. This new drone-powered light show will include more than 400 drones taking to the Denver skies, stretching across 400 feet of airspace, 500 feet in the air, for 15 minutes. The shows kick off each night at 7 p.m., with special shows Dec. 2, Dec. 25 and Dec. 31, and will celebrate and depict not only holiday favorite scenery, but also Denver icons such as the Blue Bear and the city’s professional sports teams.
