If you thought Electric Daisy Carnival was the pinnacle of deejay-driven debauchery, then you haven’t heard of Holy Ship! A collaboration between Gary Richards’ Hard Festival, Cloud 9 Adventures and The Bowery, Holy Ship! brings a three-night music festival onto the MSC Divina.
Lineups for this year have a genre for everyone, with performances from Skrillex to Basement Jaxx to Tchami, and everything in between. Guests will depart from Miami, Fla, and spend a night at sea. Day two will have the ship port in the Bahamas for a private island party during the day. A final night at sea rounds out the itinerary before disembarking at Miami again.
Every night will feature performances in the ship’s multiple venues, in addition to daytime activities. Past cruises had DJ Gina Turner teaching a yoga class, Dillon Francis hosting a Single-Malt Invitational Mini-Golf Tournament and Rusko shaving peoples’ heads for Mad Decent’s Scavenger Hunt. The ship will also feature theme nights like Skream’s 80’s Prom Anthems and a ghost ship costume party.
Holy Ship! has been so successful, they added a second cruise this season. The January voyage will stop in Half Moon Cay, and the February ship will stop in Nassau. Both are completely booked, but a waitlist is available on the website.
