Do you frequently take advantage of Frontier’s budget-friendly flights across the United States? If so, you may find your next Frontier flight is a little different from what you’re used to.
Now, Frontier will offer four class options — basic, economy, premium and business. Basic class may look familiar: You get to bring along a personal item only for no extra fee. Economy class includes a carry-on bag in your fare and a standard seat assignment, which basic-class passengers do not receive. Premium class comes with a premium seat assignment, carry-on bag at no extra cost, first-to-board priority boarding and guaranteed overhead bin space. Business class includes UpFront Plus seating with additional leg space and a guaranteed empty middle seat, as well as a carry-on bag, two checked bags weighing up to 50 pounds and first-to-board priority boarding with guaranteed overhead bin space. Economy-, premium- and business-class customers also enjoy no change fees.
“Today marks the beginning of a new era for Frontier — one with transparency in our prices, no change fees and the lowest total price,” said Barry Biffle, CEO, Frontier Airlines. “This is ‘The New Frontier’ and we are committed to offering more than the lowest fares — we deliver the best price for all the options you want and the customer support you need, when you need it. No gimmicks, just really low prices and good customer service.”
