A Key West hotel is offering a unique way to save in celebration of its 100th birthday. Eden House Hotel, the destination’s oldest continuously operating hotel, is offering guests room rates of $0.75 per night — the same rate the hotel charged in 1924.

While Eden House operated under the name “Gibson Hotel” in 1924, it’s since grown into a foundational property in Key West, with its original Art Deco building still standing and several conch houses available, as well. Guestrooms range from suites to semi-private rooms, all steps from Duval Street, and guests enjoy access to an on-site tiki bar and restaurant. Amenities include an on-site pool and hot tub, library, guest parking, welcome drinks, happy hours and more. Be sure to order the hotel’s celebratory 100th birthday specialty cocktail: Centennial Fizz, crafted with gin, lemon juice, sugar and Champagne.
The special room rate is available only to guests also booking a second night at the hotel’s regular rate, and only available to the first 100 guests to use code 100YR at booking, through Dec. 22. Regular rates for January weekend dates start around $500, with suites available for around $600.
