Kimpton Key West’s Ridley House Relaunched as First Adults-Only Property for Brand

Kimpton Key West, a collection of five boutique hotels in and around Key West’s Old Town and Duval Street, transitioned its high-end Ridley House to an adults-only property. This becomes Kimpton’s first property to cater to travelers 21 and older.

Guests can access the full range of offerings at all five hotels in the Key West collection, while also enjoying Ridley House-exclusive amenities like poolside Blackjack on Fridays, Full Moon Tarot Card Readings monthly, afternoon refreshers from cocktails to mocktails, and a nightly turndown amenity.

Boasting 23 guestrooms across two Victorian and one Bahamian Eyebrow historic homes, rates for the fall/winter start at $499 per night. With picket fences, low-hanging trees, private porches, an outdoor pool and more, Ridley House spreads across the grounds of the former estate of 19th-century industrialist and naturalist Richard Kemp. Today, the prime location puts guests in easy access of the island’s water activities and nightlife.
