Set to debut in early 2025, Kimpton Tres Rios announced reservations are officially open. Managed by Playa Hotels & Resorts, this property marks the first all-inclusive resort from IHG Hotels & Resort’s Kimpton brand.
Set on 326 acres in Rivera Maya, Mexico, this resort will feature 355 accommodations, a private beach, hidden cenotes, four swimming pools, kids’ activities, water sports, ecological trails, a plant nursery, seven unique dining concepts and more. The resort boasts three distinct ecosystems: jungle, mangrove forest and coastal dune. More than 90 animal species and 120 plant species call the resort grounds home.
The resort’s accommodations include adults-only suites and ocean-view, swim-out suites. Guests may take advantage of complimentary WiFi, fully stocked minibars and 24-hour room service.
Kej Spa offers locally inspired treatments including a traditional Temazcal ritual.

Guests booking now can take advantage of a Grand Opening special, with rates starting at $249 per person per night.
