CitizenM celebrates the opening of its second Boston-based property — and its largest hotel to date — in Boston’s historic Back Bay neighborhood. Part of the mixed-use development Lyrik, citizenM Boston Back Bay spans 15 stories and features 399 signature citizenM rooms with XL king-sized beds.

The new hotel marks citizenM’s continuing expansion plan into the United States and beyond. It features a cozy living room to relax and catch up on emails, the brand’s signature canteenM serving 24/7 snacks and drinks, a 24/7 gym with panoramic views of Newbury Street, and plenty of artwork throughout the building.
CitizenM Boston Back Bay also boasts an expansive rooftop, set to be outsourced to an exciting partner opening in early 2025.

Guestrooms come with free and fast WiFi, mood lights, a widescreen TV, AM and PM shower gels, blackout blinds, and a jungle-like power shower. At canteenM, expect chips and dips, chicken dumplings, a range of fresh-baked pizzas, and an array of alcoholic beverages.
Even better, the hotel sits less than 15 minutes from Boston Logan International Airport and Back Bay Station.
Other U.S. citizenM hotels recently opened this year include citizenM’s first property in Austin, Texas, as well as its third Miami-based hotel in Miami South Beach, opened in early August.
