Leaf Spa from K’Alma Spa at Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park opened earlier this month, marking the first Leaf Spa in Chicago. The brand focuses on authentic wellness practices inspired by the earth’s natural wonders and the seasons.
The 11,000-square-foot spa is located on the hotel’s lower level. Upon entry to the spa, guests walk down a hallway lined with lanterns leading toward a wish tree, where they can set intentions prior to their treatment. The locker room area features changing stations, lockers, showers and a variety of snacks and teas. The relaxation lounge offers plush seating and tranquil music.
Visit the Alchemist Bar, where guests may create their own therapeutic topicals, oils, scrubs and tinctures with the provided herbal ingredients. The facilities also include eight treatment rooms, including a couples’ room with a waterfall soaking tub for two. Leaf Spa’s offerings vary seasonally to reflect each season’s best offerings. For fall, expect to see treatments utilizing pumpkin and cinnamon for their enzyme and antioxidant properties.
“We are thrilled to welcome Leaf Spa to Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park,” said Clay Spencer, general manager, Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park. “Leaf Spa is known for offering holistic treatments that bring wellness to the mind, body and soul. We’re happy that Fairmont guests and locals alike will be able to delight in relaxation through the nature-inspired treatment menu.”
Leaf Spa is open daily. Visit the website to book an appointment.
