Meliá Punta Cana Beach Resort announced it will transform into a fully immersive wellness property with new amenities, programming and services. The Wellbeing 360 Experience, the first of its kind in Punta Cana, focuses on five wellness spaces of social, silent, sensory, culinary and personal.

The resort offers a new series of themed monthly wellness retreats. July’s culinary theme focuses on healthy eating and detox programs. August’s water theme brings fitness activities to the water. To celebrate International Day of Yoga (June 21), the resort hosts a special weekend yoga retreat with yoga experts.
Six new wellness experts join the Meliá Punta Cana team. The experts guide guests on their wellness journey through activities including mud cleansing, holistic therapy, sound healing, fitness classes and juicing detox programs.
The resort will enhance its culinary offerings with workshops and redesigned menus at its dining outlets. Guests enjoy more serene spaces on the resort, with elements of sound and smell including windchimes and incense. Meditation spots are also available throughout the resort.

Guests looking to enhance their wellness experience may upgrade to The Level, with added amenities and exclusive access to private spaces.
