The new hotel features 157 premium suites, including studios, one- to four-bedroom units and lofts for larger groups. Accommodations also come with full-sized kitchens, in-room laundry, WiFi, televisions and pet-friendly living spaces, all enhanced by original architectural elements like exposed hardwood columns, ceilings and beams.
The Ann is also home to on-site restaurant Little James, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast, expect scratch-baked pastries and coffee, while evenings here mean crafted cocktails and zero-proof beverages.

Other amenities include a fitness center and pool. Looking ahead, The Malin, an upscale workspace founded and designed by Savannah College of Art and Design alumni, is slated to open next summer just across from The Ann.
The new hotel lies steps away from Savannah’s most iconic attractions and cultural landmarks, including River Street, SCAD’s main campus and downtown Savannah. And Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is a short, 20-minute drive away.
