The country’s oldest city doesn’t mean everything there is old. In fact, St. Augustine welcomes some new and exciting restaurants and hotels, from a rooftop restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean to an Art Deco-style hotel with its own on-site restaurant.

Opened just a few months, this restaurant, bar and rooftop invites guests to taste fresh seafood, small plates and elevated cocktails by the ocean. Choose to sit in the dining room or opt to head to the rooftop for exceptional views.
Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort and Spa recently opened the brand-new Cabana Beach Club. The club offers access to 26 miles of beaches, as well as watersports, a junior Olympic pool and three distinct eateries.
This highly anticipated hotel brings Florida Vernacular architecture together with Art Deco flair. With 120 guestrooms and a second-floor pool, guests are spoiled with both modern amenities and proximity to Vilano beach. The hotel’s on-site Pesca Vilano lets guests indulge in Latin dishes mixed with coastal influences, while the rooftop features a curated menu and crafted cocktails with views of St. Augustine and the Atlantic.

This new concept recently launched Bourbon & Boards, an evening offering serving up a curated selection of more than 137 bottles of bourbon, 900 bottles of wine, hand-crafted cocktails and bar-cuterie boards and specially made tapas. Guests enjoy tasty dishes and drinks alongside live jazz music for an intimate experience.
Later this month, this historic hotel launches Cordova – a Coastal Chophouse & Bar. Complete with 145 indoor seats, a lounge, private dining room and intimate wine room, guests experience fresh cuisine of Spain and Morocco alongside classic chophouse favorites.

Opened this past September, this modern Japanese restaurant brings the best of Japanese cuisine with French technique. In addition to a variety of dishes, the restaurant boasts a curated selection of saké, Japanese beer and wine.
Uptown St. Augustine recently welcomed this new and elevated dining concept. Offering tapas-style small plates, plant-based upscale cuisine and decadent desserts, Chez L’Amour has it all. Don’t forget to grab a drink from its full bar, complemented by intimate jazz and piano performed by world-class musicians.
