SEEN Sky Bar, on the rooftop of Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa Hotel, reopens for the summer season. The rooftop bar opens for lunch for the first time ever, offering the best daytime views of Lisbon, a delicious new menu and refreshed décor.
The new lunch offering is spearheaded by chefpreneur Olivier de Costa and his team, including Felipe Hitoshi and Marta Chaves. The menu includes Chef Olivier’s beloved dishes like truffled linguini, the SEEN taco, sliced Wagyu beef and sushi. Guests looking for a lighter option can choose from a variety of salads, sandwiches, seafood dishes and small plates. Make sure to save room for dessert to indulge in SEEN Passion, a chocolate sphere with a passionfruit ice cream inside, and Cookie à la Minute, featuring hazelnut praline and vanilla ice cream.
Guests can expect a new creative bar concept thanks to new head bartender, Hugo Feijão. The menu features cocktails with gastronomic techniques and culinary elements. For example, the Wasabbi Papi is a cocktail inspired by wasabi paste and Le Citron, topped with a burnt sugar topping resembling crème brulée. Or, skip dessert and opt for a cocktail instead. Check out the Coco Loco, an espresso martini with a twist, combining white tequila, coffee and salted caramel with Fleur de Sel. There’s also the Maracuya, inspired by the SEEN Passion dessert.
This year, the bar sports a new look thanks to Deckora Design, an interior architecture and decoration studio. The design was inspired by vibrant colors of the jungle and offers a topical retreat featuring greenery and designs inspired by the emerald hue in SEEN’s original décor. Sofas and cushions were made by local artists, while tables were constructed with natural Portuguese green and grey stone. Each element has been handcrafted and selected to evoke the sense of tranquility and sophistication.
