The New Year’s Eve celebration will be carried out in two seatings. The first at 6 p.m. includes a five-course meal with a variety of selections. Starting with an amuse bouche, selections include smoked salmon, foie gras or vichyssoise for the first course; venison carpaccio, lobster bisque or farrotto for the second course; ahi tuna, filet mignon, lamb loin or tofu with tempura vegetables for the third course; chocolate pot de crème, clementine gelée or Tia Maria gâteau for the dessert course.
The second seating begins at 9:30 p.m. It includes the same menu options as the first seating, plus an additional course of spinach salad with black truffles; seared scallops with white truffles and caviar; or potato gnocchi with white truffles. The first seating costs $175; the second $350.
