Brooklyn’s Ponyboy teams with W Aspen for a five-month winter residency, serving Ponyboy’s signature cocktails and vibes in the popular ski town.
“It is energizing to bring our Brand’s New York roots to life in Aspen,” said Chris Jaycock, general manager, W Aspen. “The W Brand was born in the social electricity of New York City and this collaboration speaks to who we are and what inspires us, which is going after big ideas and making them happen.”

DJs will also play in the space, while Ponyboy’s other co-owner and beverage director Christopher Reyes creates a unique cocktail menu. The residency opens Dec. 15 and runs through the 2022-2023 ski season’s entirety.
Nightly, 5 p.m.–2 a.m., guests, visitors and locals can enjoy signature cocktails like:
- Forgetmenot with mezcal, watermelon, ginger, lime jalapeño and a matcha salt rim
- Tiki Mountain, with bourbon, rye, passionfruit, lemon, dry Curacao, maraschino and tiki bitters
- Demerara Dry Float, with Bacardi Blanco, Bacardi 151, lime, passionfruit, maraschino and raspberry, serving six to eight guests
