Everyone loves a good brunch, so why does it have to just be a morning thing? At Aruba Marriott Resort, brunch earns a new time slot. The resort flips the switch, turning brunch into a nighttime affair with the new Night Brunch experience.

On the first Friday of each month, 6:30–9:30 p.m., La Vista will transform into a classy and vibrant brunch scene with a live DJ, colorful cocktails and delicious bites. Guests can kick things off with a welcome drink from the Bellini wall, decked out with a neon “Cheers” sign. The room features other neon signs with phrases like “Night Brunch” and “Til Brunch Do Us Part” for Instagram-worthy snaps.
The resort offers multicourses during Night Brunch, including signature breakfast items like Dutch-style pancakes, sous vide eggs and chicken and waffles, as well as other options like red snapper, prosciutto ham bites and panzanela and pizza. Don’t fill up too much and miss out on the dessert, with dishes like churros, banana cake and chocolate mousse available.

Throughout the night, guests can enjoy Bellinis, sangria or specialty brunch cocktails and mocktails. Some of the specialty cocktails include Gordon’s Grenade, a play on a traditional gin and tonic with a splash of cranberry. In true brunch fashion, guests can opt for Sunset Mimosas with orange juice, Ciroc Red Berry, grenadine and prosecco. At the end of the night, make sure to take a piece of the Night Brunch home with the specialty branded glass.
