Nobu Hotel London Portman Square Launches Shiawase Wellness Experiences

Feel-good experiences take center stage at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square this year, as the hotel recently launched a series of offerings following the Japanese philosophy of “Shiawase” — a celebration of happiness and wellbeing.

Shiawase Overnight Stay Package

This two-night stay offer includes a Pilates class, a Detox Bento Box created by Chef Michael and Everleaf mocktails to pair with the box. Through Jan. 31, visitors begin the year with self-wellbeing.

Nobu Pilates

Nobu Pilates blend traditional Pilates with techniques developed by the hotel’s creative director, Marsha Lindsay. Stretching and poses include The Swan, Criss Cross and more.

Nobu Bar & Nobu Restaurant

The Nobu cuisine melds Japanese and Peruvian techniques, for a highly nutritious and delicious menu. The new Detox Bento Box includes a sushi and nigiri selection, dragon fruit ceviche, vegetable spicy garlic donburi, grilled chicken with goma dressing and spinach dried miso. To finish, enjoy seasonal berries and coconut and lime sorbet.

The hotel partnered with Everleaf to concoct three non-alcoholic cocktails, including The Classic, with Everleaf Mountain and house-made strawberry soda; Umami Tide, featuring Everleaf Marine, salted plum and soya milk; and the No Old Fashioned, made with Everleaf Forest, mushroom and shiso.

The Whitebox

In Nobu Hotel London Portman Square’s WhiteBox space, guests find David Aiu Servan-Schreiber’s Renewal exhibition, which explores humanity and nature’s delicate balance alongside the environment’s complexities using upcycled materials.
