These cameras shoot in an analog rather than digital format and usually come with a fixed lens. Finding film for your camera may be a bit of a challenge, but most photography supply stores or online retailers will be able to help.
In fact, Urban Outfitters, the edgy clothing shop, sells a variety of Polaroid and instant-film cameras as well as film. Check out yard sales, eBay or Amazon.com for used or new Polaroid and instant-film cameras.
Still, they lack the flexibility of a digital camera and usually lack a viewfinder — the picture is a surprise until it is printed from the camera. Ordering prints from digital images is another option — it gives you the flexibility of photo retouching and you can ensure your physical copies will look exactly as you want them to.
