The much-anticipated Doberman Drawing Room cocktail bar will open next month in Downtown Las Vegas’ Arts District. The bar recently announced the appointment of acclaimed mixologist Juyoung Kang as its head of beverage.
“Juyoung is a true artist in her craft,” said Ryan Doherty, founder, Corner Bar Management (the company behind Doberman Drawing Room). “Her ability to blend technical mastery with an intuitive sense of flavor makes her the perfect fit for Doberman. She’s redefining what a cocktail program can be—not just in Las Vegas, but on a global scale.”

Kang has worked at some of the most prestigious bars in the country, with an approach that embraces global influences and balanced, nuanced flavors. Before joining Corner Bar, she served as director of beverage development for Fontainebleau.
“Every menu I create follows a theme, providing a deeper layer of perception and storytelling,” said Kang. “With Doberman, I was drawn to the concept of old world meets new, modernizing classic cocktails while incorporating global flavors. I want guests to experience a passport to different cultures through each sip, embracing the complexities of Eastern European and Asian influences in a way that’s fresh, bold and forward-thinking.”
